ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer in-bound technical support phone calls
Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
Able to navigate and utilize Internet Explorer or comparable browser
Fluent in VOIP terminology and technology
Understands high speed internet and VOIP
Familiar with router and network technology
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1-year of call center experience strongly preferred
Strong Technical Background
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to pass a typing test with a minimum of 25 WPM
Must be able to pass a technical exam with 80% or above
Must be able to pass a background check
